Letter 1908 Sept. 9, Landing, N.J. [to] O.O. Howard, Unknown / Edwin Markham. 1908.

Markham wrote a pamphlet to go with the Columbian Novels, but he has no other connection with them. He dosen't recall asking the use of O.O. name., nor to have his name used on the advisory board of any reading circle. Markham tells him to write the Whitten Co. He will look into this when he returns to N.Y.
